Good Spirit Housing Authority initiated the Social Housing Program to offer the best properties to rent at affordable rates.

Nearly 20,000 people live in Yorkton, east-central Saskatchewan’s economic centre, where they have access to first-rate education, healthcare, leisure opportunities, and infrastructure. Family Housing

These homes are freestanding, with 3 and 4 bedrooms and fenced lawns for your kids to play in—large living spaces, vast storage capacity, and off-street parking highlight these homes. The stove and refrigerator are among them. The tenant bears the cost of utilities.

Heather Apartments

Each apartment with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms has an entrance. These apartments feature a spacious living room, discrete dining area, in-unit laundry, ample storage space, and a sizable patio. The rent does not include utilities.

Waterloo Road

There is an upstairs and downstairs in each two-bedroom home. A hangar kitchen with a distinct eating area, a living room with a small balcony, and laundry facilities are downstairs. They are next to a park and high schools. The tenant is in charge of paying utilities.

7th Avenue Duplexes

These homes have multiple levels, three bedrooms, secured yards, off-street parking, and storage capacity. You can find a  large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, a pantry, and space for a dining table on the main floor. The living area has expansive east-facing windows. Three bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs. There are laundry facilities and massive storage space in the cellar. The rent does not include utilities.

Queen Elizabeth Court

These one and 2-bedroom suites are close to the city’s centre. You can find them in a building with an elevator. Each house contains a storage room, living room, bedroom with a spacious closet, modest kitchen with a pantry, and place for a small kitchen table. Every floor has a shared laundry room. There are many shared tenant spaces in this building, and there is a vibrant tenant association. In the summer, find delight in the lovely courtyard area. Queen Elizabeth Court is a place where there is always something to do.

Fisher Court

These one and 2-bedroom apartments are generously sized and conveniently located near shops and a transport hub. These apartments also feature a spacious living room with an alcove and bay window, plenty more storage, and a lot of kitchen cabinets. Each floor has a shared laundry room. Tenants can join in group events and get involved with the tenant association.

Victoria Court

These one and 2-bedroom apartments are close to downtown shopping. They have spacious living rooms, a lot of storage space, and plenty of kitchen cupboards. Tenants can use common laundry on each floor. Participate in planned activities or join the tenant organization.

Clements Court

Apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms are available in this ground-floor structure, on a peaceful street close to St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church and Hall.   The kitchen and living room are combined, giving the apartments an open-concept feel. These lovely apartments come with a bedroom, a storage space, and a bathroom. Laundry facilities are available to all tenants. Meet with friends in the common area or join the tenant association to help organize events.

Heritage Place

Outside these apartments is a bus station that will take you where you need to go. This property has two flats with two bedrooms; the rest are one-bedroom apartments. All tenants can utilize common areas and shared laundry.

Fairview Arms

This four-story Life Lease building has 50 suites. There are one and two-bedroom apartments. This building has two extensive common areas, a shared laundry room, and a patio area. Each spacious suite features a balcony or patio with plenty of storage, a distinct dining area, a huge bath, and facilities for your washer and dryer.
